However, the design has a major flaw: both the extension handle joint and the brush-head joint loosen while you're using it. It starts with a wobble, and then both ends begin unthreading. Because the motor is so strong, the pressure combined with the rotation makes the whole tool try to unscrew itself from both ends. When it loosens, it doesn't just stop — it violently rotates like a high-powered hand sander. There's no locking mechanism. It's powerful and effective for cleaning, but it does require frequent tightening of both joints, and you need to be prepared to manage the spinning if it loosens.
